Who we are

About Resolve Global.

Resolve Global was founded by Ben Pietzsch and Anthony Salera in response to a problem they could see growing across Australia: the rapid uptake of renewable energy was helping solve one environmental challenge while creating another.

Through Ben’s experience as the founder of ProSolar Australia, it became increasingly clear that solar retailers and installers had limited practical options for dealing responsibly with damaged, decommissioned and end-of-life solar panels and renewable-energy equipment. Like businesses across the industry, ProSolar was accumulating waste that should not be sent to landfill but was difficult to recover, transport and process responsibly.

Ben believed that an industry built around creating a cleaner energy future also had a responsibility to manage the materials left behind.

Anthony brought the other pieces needed to turn that belief into something practical: suitable land, extensive construction experience, and years of knowledge in machinery, materials handling and site operations. Together, they recognised an opportunity to combine their complementary strengths and build a genuine solution.

Resolve Global was created to support the responsible collection, sorting, tracking, recovery and repurposing of end-of-life renewable-energy equipment. Our initial focus is solar panels and associated equipment, with a broader long-term vision encompassing battery storage systems, wind-turbine components and other emerging renewable-energy waste streams.

Our Purpose.

Australia’s transition to renewable energy is accelerating. Millions of solar panels, batteries and related products are being installed across homes, businesses, farms and public infrastructure. While this transition is essential, it must be supported by credible systems for managing these products throughout their complete lifecycle.

Resolve Global exists to help close that gap.

We aim to work alongside government, councils, manufacturers, installers, asset owners, recyclers, waste operators and industry bodies to build practical regional collection and recovery pathways. Our objective is to divert valuable materials from landfill, improve traceability and reporting, reduce pressure on businesses and communities, and support the development of a more circular renewable-energy industry.

Built from Industry Experience.

Resolve Global is not an idea developed from a distance. It was created by people with direct experience in renewable energy, construction, logistics, machinery and materials handling.

Ben brings more than seven years of experience building and operating ProSolar Australia, along with an in-depth understanding of the solar industry, customer needs, business systems, sales, partnerships and the practical waste challenges faced by renewable-energy retailers and installers.

Anthony brings decades of hands-on experience across construction, equipment, machinery, site development and materials handling. His operational knowledge is central to creating facilities and processes that are safe, efficient, scalable and commercially sustainable.

Together, Ben and Anthony have built Resolve Global around a shared belief: Australia’s renewable-energy transition should not simply move an environmental problem from energy generation to waste management.

Our Vision.

Our vision is to help establish a national network of accessible collection, sorting and resource-recovery facilities for renewable-energy equipment.

We want regional communities to have the same access to responsible recovery solutions as major metropolitan areas. This means developing reliable collection services, transparent reporting and strong partnerships across the entire supply chain—from households and installers through to councils, manufacturers, recyclers and large-scale asset owners.

Over time, Resolve Global aims to support investment, research, local employment and new recovery technologies that retain more valuable materials within Australia. We believe end-of-life renewable-energy equipment should be viewed not simply as waste, but as a future source of glass, aluminium, silicon, copper, critical minerals and other recoverable resources.

For government and councils, this creates an opportunity to strengthen regional waste infrastructure and support measurable landfill diversion. For manufacturers and industry, it provides a pathway toward better product stewardship and lifecycle accountability. For investors and strategic partners, it represents participation in a rapidly emerging sector that will become increasingly important as Australia’s first major generations of renewable-energy assets reach end of life.

Resolve Global began with a waste problem experienced firsthand at ProSolar Australia. It has grown into a much larger ambition: to help Australia develop the infrastructure, partnerships and capability needed to manage the full lifecycle of its renewable-energy transition.

Today’s waste is tomorrow’s resources.
